Health Supplements you should be taking

Hello once again! Here is a list of supplements you should likely be taking. Note that this is not medical advice, and some supplements are tolerated better by some people than others due to health / genetic factors. Generally, taking excessive amounts of supplements do not increase benefits, so stick to reasonable dosages. There is some variation between male and female in terms of requirements, I'm more familiar with male physiology and supplementing. There are some supplements I will mention that are not OTC, or are special prescription, which I may or may not take myself, and are not freely available. These supplement types are generally more expensive and less accessible, but I will discuss them also. Ideally you would start supplementing in your mid to late 20's. Most people only discover vitamins/supplements later in life when they begin to feel run-down, and by that point a lot of 'damage' has already been done to your body, which is accelerated with life

Thermaltake Core V71 Full Tower Case

This case was not my first selection, it was recommended by the tech to suit the Corsair CPU water-cooling unit / radiator. This is the first (partially) water-cooled rig I've ever owned, and I love the quietness. The graphics card really doesn't require water-cooling, it is very silent normally, even under load. It is not the best looking case in my opinion, by any stretch and seems overly large, but it is practical, very solid, has excellent build quality really, and plenty of room for all manner of configurations and large graphics cards. It is not excessively heavy, which is a plus.

Z170-PRO-GAMING

The Z170 Pro Gaming was not selected because of the Pro Gaming or (ROG - Republic Of Gamers) names, but because it offered best bang-for-buck, and all the suitable features from the ASUS Z170 Series.

2 x Netgear ReadyNAS 102 (RN102) units on the network. 3TB mirror and 4TB mirror for a total of (2.72TB) +  (3.63TB) = 6.35TB of actual formatted mirrored redundant drive space available. All drives are WD Red NAS drive units. This storage is suitable for iSCSI LUNs to provide datastores for VMware use. ReadyNAS_02 has 500GB for this purpose.

In addition the ReadyNAS devices have USB 3.0 ports. A 128GB Sandisk Ultra Fit is installed in ReadyNAS_01 and a Sandisk Ultra Fit 32GB into ReadyNAS_02. These are also very suitable locations for streaming media, or even VMware Virtual Machine images.
